Licensure Supervision

At every job I've held, I have watched others cringe away from training new hires, while I would jump into it with excitement. One of my Strengths Finders strengths is "Developer," and I truly love helping people develop their skills to the fullest. My supervision style is reflective and trauma-informed, and guiding new therapists through this time is a responsibility that I take very seriously.

Things to Know

I set aside standard weekly supervision time, and am availible for questions in between as needed. Every six months, I sit down with each supervisee and evaluate your progress, goals and timeline towards licensure, so that we can make any adjustments needed to keep you on track with your goals. Dedication to personal and professional growth, ethical behavior, cultural humility, healthy boundaries and a passion for this work are all musts for anyone under supervision with me. Please e-mail me for information on spaces for supervision!
